Exchange and return

1. RETURNS OF GOODS PURCHASED IN THE ONLINE STORE

Pursuant to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Personalised products (e.g. with name, date, photo or other content provided by the customer) are non-returnable.

Products must be intact, unused, and in their original packaging (e.g., a box or gift box). The customer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from use other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

To return the goods, simply inform us of your decision by sending an email to sklep@marami.pl and you return the goods to us within 14 days to the following address:

Please note that we don't answer cash on delivery or parcels sent to a parcel locker.

2. EXCHANGE

To exchange a product, please contact us by email at: sklep@marami.pl. We will answer any questions and guide you through the exchange process.

3. COMPLAINTS

1. We will review your return within 14 days and, if we receive a positive response, we will refund your payment using the same method you used, or to your bank account, if you agree. This process may take longer until we receive the returned item.

2. Pack the returned product in the original foil and the return form in an envelope or polybag.

3. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days.

4. In the event of a justified complaint, the store will repair or replace the complained product with a full-value product or, if replacement is not possible, will refund the full amount of the order, including the cost of return shipping borne by the Customer.

5. Refunds for transaction costs are made via bank transfer.

6. Complaints regarding differences in the appearance of the goods ordered and received, which result from differences in the settings of the Customer's monitor parameters, in particular differences in colours and shades, do not constitute grounds for complaint.

7. Complaints are considered in accordance with the principles set out in Article 556 of the Civil Code and subsequent provisions.

8. Complaints are not subject to:

– natural wear and tear of the product

– mechanical damage

– discoloration resulting from improper use of the product;

- getting wet
